What we collect
When you submit the Groundy launch updates form, we collect your email address. We also use a hidden form field to help detect spam bots.
How we use your information
We use your email address to manage the launch updates list and to contact you about Groundy product availability, launch announcements, and related updates.
Email service provider (Resend)
We use Resend to process launch signup submissions. When you submit the form, your email address is sent to Resend and added to our Resend audience list. Resend is also used to deliver notification emails related to signup activity and may be used to send launch updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with service providers needed to run the launch signup flow (such as Resend) or when required by law.
Retention
We keep launch signup email addresses until you unsubscribe, ask us to remove your information, or we no longer need the list for the purpose described above.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link in a message (if included) or request removal of your email from the launch list by contacting the Groundy team through a Groundy email you receive.
